Great service. Staff willing to answer any kind of questions and concerns. And the store manager solved all my concerns regarding trying all the new products they carried. Its awesome seeing how hard they try to bring in more asian products to this small city .

Some of the items are not in this store, like dried fished, and some ingredients for Vietnam, Thailand’s dishes. But on the other hand, the ingredients for Korea, Japan and China are very riches. Especially the China stuffs. Anyway I can find some products that cheaper than the other stores, like tokpokki, chili paste, etc.

I like shopping at this store, because I can find lots of snack from it, bring back lots of memories when I was a kid. my daughter likes going there, too.

I had a frustrating experience at the grocery store when I was charged for an item I didn't buy. After bringing it to their attention, they did issue a refund, but it took almost an hour to process. While the staff was polite, the whole process felt slow and inefficient. What bothered me most was that if I hadn’t caught the mistake, I wouldn’t have known about the overcharge. It’s concerning that such errors can go unnoticed. I hope the store improves their transaction checks in the future.

I love buying there because I'm able to find ingredients that are not in regular grocery stores. I just wish they are diligent in checking best before dates of the products they sell. This one on the picture was taken 2 weeks ago. Today I checked the same product on their shelves and still found it with December 2018 best before date.
