Wide varieties of fish, meat and other sub-continent products. Meat is fresh and good quality. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Neat, clean and well organised. But always check before buying, because many products are already expired. Also price tags are not updated regularly. Prices are usually reasonable. Still, some products are little expensive than real Canadian superstore and other groceries.
Fairly cleaning and bright market in twon. They are very kind and asking you several times if you need some help. I am feeling good to shop. I found some items i habe no idea what it is, and i can not read those languages which looks like This or Indian. I wish it has English tag could show for us. It is amazing thousands of items for middle east people woykd need it. If you need spices or some special ingredi6, here may supply you.
Selling expired things, match the date on the product and the bill i posted, be aware, watch the dates on your products before buying them from this store, u cant just trust em. Thank you
I don’t recommend this store to anyone because they sold the expired Rasmalai sweets to us on January 5th 2023. Please watch for the expiration of the product because they don’t care about you and your loved ones.
Their employees spit pan right outside the building and sidewalks and chew pan while serving you inside store. If your hygiene is this bad I can only imagine what kind of hygiene they have handling foods like meat, this is because they chew pan inside the store and spit in the store sink. Need to call health department or even immigration department on this place. Sounds like one of those disgusting people who come here on visitor visas from Bangladesh because they don’t have “aukaat” to come here otherwise. Also saw many expired products so check dates before you buy.
Organized and extensive selection of Indian and Pakistani food ingredients and extremely helpful staff are just a few of the many reasons why you should treat this place as your go to for all your south Asian grocery needs.
Clean big place with better options to choose from! They used to own Swadesh on 8 the. Now this one is way bigger and had more stuffs to buy. Fish and meat section is at the back away from the veg section which is great Location is great as it's just opposite to superstore and beside an Rbc ATM. Provision for Car parking is there too. Just one thing, waiting time at the meat and fish Dept is just too long
Meat Beef, Chicken and Mutton is fresh and of good quality, very organized products, can find almost any Pakistani or Indian product, such as spices, Pakistani, Indian and Bangladeshi sweets. Samosas both veg and non-veg qeema, I personally like non-veg more. Staff is very nice and friendly.
I always buy groceries from deshi supermarket. The staff are so professional especially Tanjilur Rahman. Very helpful employee.
Very friendly staff. The inventory in this place is top notch to satisfy any east Indian food lover.
