An.An market

Jam packed. Not much shelf space, nor aisle space. Old racks and checkout counters. But, all that is typical in these Asian food stores. At least this one is clean, and doesn't smell like rotting fish. And, often better prices than the other Asian store in Saskatoon.

Staff very helpful. I was looking for a precular type of curry spice from Malaysia. They found it for me right away.

Strange vibe in this store, two women who worked there kept staring at me and gossiping, and this one male worker/owner was also staring and following me around the store. Never experienced this while shopping before. It gave me the creeps enough that I quickly paid for my things and left, yikes, you'd have thought I had an extra eye on my forehead lol (?) I liked the items I was able to get there though, but not enough to go back.

Good place to get Asian products that you can't find elsewhere. One star off because whenever I go in, the place is sometimes disorganized in some areas

Good selections of ingredients and Asian groceries! Definitely found most of my Thai sauces and pastes.
