My family and I often shop here. It is our go-to for grocery shopping and we always find the prices and shopping quality amazing. However. However, today a certain cashier's behaviour was truly unacceptable. Her name is EMILIE and she displayed truly awful, poor and pretty much any words similar to that attitude. My mother was at her cash and she had a shopping trolley in the cart along her groceries. And EMILIE asked to see the content inside i understand this and hold no grudge for this. BUT she then proceeded to put her hands inside my mother's bag WITHOUT PERMISSION OR ANY WARNING. I mean what the hell. Why the hell would you permit yourself to lay hands on customer's personal belongings? If I ever see her and her crusty hands again ever touching another's belongings without permission I will no longer stay silent. Tell her to either change her behaviour or to change jobs.

This is the best grocery store ever ! The air are fresh and the sign are good. Also, it has a bus station nearby.

Prices are incorrect, produce is never fresh, the store is always very dirty. The managers are very rude. Oh and there are often birds in the produce. I will not be returning to this location.

It’s an okay grocery store,nI went to the self check-out, however there’s an employee who’s name is Amélie who was really disrespectful while I asked for help with my no scan items, she rolled her eyes at me and sucked her teeth 5 times, I then asked what her name was and she screamed at me asking why,nI don’t normally write reviews but I thought this lady had no business working in customer service if she doesn’t like it there.

Very high risk of expired food.nEverytime i go to this location, i find expired food; last time i bought cheese and the expired date was not clearing shown, when i got home and opened it, i found that it expired 2 months ago. I got back to chat with the manager/owner, but as usual he is never there, i tried many times, kept my phone number and request with the cashier manager, and again no response. The problem is that they risk the health and safety of their customer and looks like they don’t care. I will connect with metro and will open a claim against them. Be careful when you buy food from this place, and you better avoid it if you can.
