No one is free to answer to questions...serious lack of staff. An employee told me they were cutting hours too! Outrageous..too bad, prices were good.

Came and bought the soda stream refill went back home to find out bottle was empty , drove back down ( 11 km return journey ) to find the very same sweet blonde vicky at the counter upstairs still smiling and the only thing she could tell me was i was thinking of you as you took the wrong one !! Eeeeeuuuuhhh ...there was no one at the counter when i bought it , hardly any pressure to get confuse and she actually never took out the right one and worse of all they were two behind the counter at the time.....what a useless service and she did not even offer anything to say we are sorry you had to drive back 11 km ...actually 17 km as i had to come and buy it the first time ....so really A BIG ZERO for service , i really cant believe she did not even try to be more apologetic appart from a i was thinking of you as you took the wrong one , if the full bottle had been on the counter she would have had plenty of time to catch me before i went down the escalators !!!
