Beautifully organized. Always well stocked. Clean. A good selection of fruits and vegetables. Good quality meats. Big selection of fish and seafood, including tartar and sushi. The ready to eat choices are good. Decent size section for organic foods. Unlike other markets, their organic mills and nondairy drinks are in the section with other dairy. Once you know, it’s not a big deal. There is a Premiere Moisson bakery in the bakery section.nIt might be the times I go, but I never have to wait at the cash. Very competent staff.

I had a terrible experience at Metro 30 minutes ago. It’s been our main store for a long time. We expect to be treated with respect, but that wasn’t the case today.nnI always self-checkout because it’s convenient and fast, and it works well for me. Just as I was about to leave, a woman from a far corner of the store started asking loudly and demanding that I pay for the items in my cart. I told her yes, I did, but she insisted on seeing a physical receipt.nnI explained that I paid by credit card using the self-checkout machine, just like I always do, and that the receipt is sent to my email. I said I didn’t have one to show her right now, but she didn’t seem to understand.nnJust then, another employee joined the scene, making it even more chaotic and attracting more attention. She started interrogating me again, asking me if I had paid for the items and where I had paid for them. I repeated that I had paid using the self-checkout machine by credit card, but she refused to believe me.nnJust as we were speaking, I received the receipt and showed it to her. She looked at it and said okay, then turned around. I couldn’t believe it. She didn’t even apologize. I told her that this was the last time I would be coming here, but she just said okay and no problem.

The layout of the store is absolutely fantastic and the fried chicken is so good. Sometimes after school i go there just for the fried chicken if anyone ever goes to metro dépatie they need to try the amazing fried chicken because in other metro's you won't find the same quality. Yall continue with the amazing service.

Always a great experience when I come here; everything is well organized and clean but best of all - exceptional service! Employees and management seem to really prioritize customer service. A special shout out to Jack behind the fish counter who provided exceptional service in his offerings and educating me on safety regulations, specific knowledge on the fish I was buying and much more.
