Winners

This is the most complicated Winners to return any clothing at. It happened to me twice. Once last year and again today! I brought something to return from August with the receipt and the original tag on the sweater with the tag of the company as well. The lady goes to me this isn’t the tag for this sweater. She used some small machine and showed me the description said ‘white’. The sweater was white with stripped color. She’s like your sweater is beige. And that little screen of hers did not have any picture to reference. But the point is she was talking to me with a tone making me feel like i swapped the tags and put it on another sweater. Last year when i returned a dress they told me we don’t even sell this item here. I had to go back to the original winners and make them check their security cameras to see I bought this here. The fact is they make mistakes when entering tags onto the clothing and when we buy we look like theives. Just be careful when buying clothing. Always take a picture of the outfit at the winners counter or something as proof. And this winners particularly is so complicated to return anything compared to others.

Super bright and clean department store which is well stocked with plenty inventory. It was not busy at all on a weekday morning.

I was at winners on December 22,2025, to return a candle holder,because it was cracked and when I got to the cash this cashier #1045, she literally accused me that I broke it. I said, I took it out this morning, to wrap it and it was already cracked. I was insulted, even the manager was saying the same thing. I was treated badly.
