I went to pock uo a western union payment and called prior to coming in because i wanst sureif they would pay the money. The lady who answered the phone was super polite ecen though i spoke English with her . When I came in the store, the same lady helped me very polite and professional and did ot all with a smile
I was there to get rapini , politely asked to one person who was refilling the stock could you please bring the rapini he said wait for it i was there waiting for it he came he did other things again i asked for it still he was watching me from inside the store area but didnt bring it there was one other person also there i asked him also his answer that guy will bring it again watching and waiting for them unfortunately after so long waiting for it i left as it because i feel he doesn't want to help me .nnBad experiencennOn other side Maxi the staff working there they are so helpful and nice person
We stop doing groceries there as It is twice now that we go and return our empty bottles and they refuse to take them. The first time, the employe said that she does not want to hurt her back and today, they said that they are not taking bottles today ! Wow! Never got such a bad customer service
I went to SuperC yesterday evening and bought some oranges and clementines off of their quick sale rack and for the first time I was totally disappointed with the oranges. This morning I woke up and went into my kitchen and open the bag and to my dismay discovered that a few of them have gone bad. I took them all out of the plastic bag and placed them on the counter for further examination. To my discovery that was not present in the store they had disguised the bad oranges by placing the good side where the eyes of the customer could see and then tied the plastic bag firmly together.. I was going to throw out the bad ones and keep the rest but on second thought this morning I had left them same place on the counter and went about my day. This evening I promptly returned them to the store and received my money back. Next time I review them I will deduct one star.. this report was from a long time ago, I haven't seen any bad once as yet. But things have changed. Raising prices of oranges and other items throughout the store. Plain and simple ridiculous. My pay doesn't or didn't raise so fast. That post was months ago but the information still holds true. It's a gamble when you buy quick sale items. Things are damn too expensive everywhere.
The reason of my rating being so low is because of their poor service today as a 10 year plus regular customer. And the lady knows me as a regular too..nnI walked in by myself in the little complex where super c is located and seeing they had self serve and it wasn't busy I decided to go in by there instead of their main entrance. If you see it, you would understand.nnTheir main mall entrance is in front of the self serve basically which makes it a pain to go all the way down mid mall just to enter super c.nnAnd so, instead of being told once inside, mam please next time could you please use the main entrance. Otherwise it disrupts our way of being or wtvr. No she decided to wave at me mam the other way and points at me like I'm some sort of animal to go that way.nnI'm sorry but in my opinion it's rude. I'm not the type of person to be entitled or something but that I hate when people do. It's called little class. And honestly as a CSR that shouldn't be part of your ways. There are conducts to go by. I doubt the boss want to lose customers by having them feeling treated like I did today. It's called the HALO effect.nnAll is in how you say it. I guess. My point being, they lost a customer today because of that. And I really felt the need to share this. Because I have seen this often lately. People i customer service being rude and disrespectful. I don't care how long you worked there or your personal life. That doesn't give someone the right to be rude.nnI worked CSR many years in my younger years. I always had a smile and yes there are very horrible customers at time. But it's part of the job. You can't control the world.nnHonestly, the type of employees that are hired at times are incredible. And not in the best way.nnWell, I hope they consider letting their employees know, to use different ways of going about. Thank you
