Thank you so much Jason and Hellen! you really gave me a big help ! I received my coat. It looks like brand new!!!!!! and with a very fresh smell. it' magic. you guys did a very good job! I would like to share my wonderful experience with more people. I bought this winter coat two years ago( it cost me a lot).it's a down coat with special shinny coating fabric and pure leather combination at front opening , sleeve hem, and pocket hem. I moved to Toronto last fall. I wanted clean my coat before winter. I visited all the laundary stores around my place . I also went to check several dry clean stores near down town area. but no any single one can wash or clean it . because they couldnt wash this special coated fabric and with the pure leather heming. its really a headach for me. because winter is comming. I have to wear it to keep my body warm during the frozen season. I dont want to wear it with the bad smell which I suffered last winter. I remember there is a dry clean store -Sunwood in Coquitlam B.C.. I always went there to wash my cloth in this stroe when I was living in Vancouver since 2006. I called Hellen the store owner, she told me that "you just find the right cleaner for your coat!" because they bought a New washing machine from State recently. it's a totally new technology --H2O WET CLEAN SYSEM. its chemical free.100% environment friendly washing method. suitable for every kind of fabric and different materials.I got to know that there are only two same type machines in BC! I'm so happy to hear about it. I' m lucky to find the best solution for my winter coat! I sent it out last week. received it within 10days! It's successful ! its awesome!! its worth to send it from Toronto to Vancouver! I have my New coat for the winter! Thank you again! Sunwood! thank you again Jason and Hellen! Bobby

Great service. Only place we will go for dry cleaning. Seamstress is simply amazing too! I cannot say enough about her talent and kind manner.

I used their service few times and everything was fine. Until I brought in 2 recently purchased Hugo Boss suits. When I got them back I found only the boss suits have wrinkly back side. I brought them back for repress and looked fine until I wear the jackets at home. Second time I returned they told me These types of light suits also have very thin liners . Apparently when pressing the suits liners have shrunk so it pulls the outter side causing the ruffles . And it took 3 trips to tell me this. When I complained they showed me a writing on the back of the receipt stating they are not responsible for shrinkage. I told the owner, Yes I do understand clothes like cotton shirts or jeans do shrink, But when suit liners are shrunk due to high heat causing the structure of the suit wrinkle and not wearable this company had to try to fix it removing the liner and resaw them on. They agree to fix it but a Taylor is very busy and told me to come back 2 weeks. When i picked up my 2 suits and tried them on after 3 weeks later. It was still the same. They never fixed it. They just ironed them again for the 4th time. I was so upset I just left. Now I am looking for a good Taylor to fix them. I will not deal with them.

Thought we can trust this place but they made a hole in my husband's suit for our wedding day. Went back to them and they denied it. They didn't even try to help fix it or suggest a place to do it.

This is the best dry cleaner in town with my experience. My skin is sensitive and always get skin allergy with chemicals used in dry cleaning. After trying this shop, it never happens again. I am so happy with that and highly recommend.
