Very good parking place. Good coin laundry m/c and Dryer m/c. Good working & clean washing too. Economy price.

I came in at 5:30pm knowing it closed at 7. I started my loads and left to get some food. As I walked out the man who worked there asked me to come back in 25 minutes. 25 minutes later I was almost done eating, I finished my food, and came back 30 or 35 minutes later. He literally followed me around the laundromat and berated me for not coming back when I was supposed to. I took my laundry, asked for a $10 back for the quarters he’d changed for me, and left.

For the last year, my family has been using Prairie Coin Laundry wash and fold service. We are extremely pleased with the quality of wash and customer service. We are always greeted with such happiness and respect. As busy professionals with two kids, we greatly appreciate Prairie Coin Laundry affordable and friendly service.

Came at 6:05pm only to use the dryer. Owner says last load is at 6pm. They close at 7:00pm, the owner still would not let me use the dryer for 30 min, he says he doesnt want to start the dryer for only 1 customer. I came here cause google maps shows them open till 7:30, but none the less. I was only 4 minutes after their last load timewash load, so frustrating and unbelievalbe. For .25 cents of electricity he kicked me out. BTW, i was so nice with him, and asked him very politely, its only 4 min and etc... CUSTOMER SERVICE 0

Old machines, dirty floors, I came in at 4:40, started the machines at 4:45. When I can back at 5:10 I was told that the last load must be done at 5. Super confusing. I have not used a laundromat for a while. I guess the competitors are even worse.

Living in an apartment with no laundry facilities means going to a laundromat. I feel fortunate to have Prairie Mall Coin Laundry, in Port Coquitlam, BC, only minutes away. One dedicated hour in there and it's all done! The gentleman who tends to always be there when I am is courteous and friendly.

I just moved to PoCo, all the other Laundromats had horrible reviews. Decided to try this one out based off of the Google reviews and I was NOT disappointed! The people are very friendly and I had same day pickup service. The detergent they use smells good. All of my clothes were folded so neatly I actually learnt a new folding style! This place deserves a full 5 stars!

Both the gentleman and the lady who run the place are very friendly and patient! See... I'm not the brightest bulb in the chandelier when it comes to laundry manchines and stuff. They walked me through from A to Z explaining everything in details! Since then, I go nowhere else but here as far as laundry is concerned. I would've given 10 stars if I could!

Quite small machines and dryers do not always have all clothes dry even after 45 mins. Service is really good though and nice owners!
