Coquitlam Fine Dry Cleaners

I'm stupid for choosing this place without looking online first. Not only did they stretch my jacket, but lots of the threads starting coming out (I never wore it yet!) And it doesn't smell great. Super not happy

Took my Wilfred pants there to get dry cleaned. I came back to pick up and saleswoman said they weren't able to clean it because the dye would run and needed me to sign a waiver. They should have called me though to let me know, instead of waiting. A month later, I brought my pants back. I came to pick it up on the day it was to be done and it had not arrived. I waited 4 days after that and followed up, Still nothing. No explanation given as to why my pants haven't come in yet. Customer service lady gave me the place where they ship it to get cleaned. I personally went to Vancouver to pick up my pants. My pants came back with a small rip. I will never come back here again.

Worst dry cleaning experience ever. I usually never pay until I pick up the garments and the one time I paid in advance I received terrible service. I took in 4 sofa arm rests and one seat cover. I wanted to see how the seat cover came out before I brought in the remaining three. My pick-up time was 5:00. I was there at 5:05 and was told that my things weren't back yet. (They out-source all the garments to somewhere off-site.) I was told to return in 20 mins. When I came back they still weren't there. The clerk apologized, shrugged her shoulders, and blamed it on the traffic. The guy delivering the dry cleaning did not show up until approx. 6:20 and my items were not included. So not only had I wasted a significant amount of time but then my garments weren't even there. I was offered a discount except I had already paid for my cleaning so was told it would be on my next order. I had to return again the following day to pick up my items - inconvenient and frustrating since they completely messed up the promised time. A few days later I reluctantly brought in my remaining three seat cushions (only because I had been told I would receive a 'really good' discount)- and I say reluctantly because the arms rests I picked up were all severely wrinkled and needed subsequent steam pressing - and was told that they needed a MINIMUM of 5 days to clean them. 5 Days?????? I left with the seat covers , went to a competitor across the street who did them in 2 days and several dollars cheaper.

Worst service I've experienced in Canada. First I was told my suit would not be ready at the time agreed on when I dropped it off. I told them they agreed on a certain time and they need to honor it. I was told to pick my suit up 3hrs after the original time. When I picked it up, I realised My suit was damaged. They even tried to hand stitch it. I am yet to hear anything from the owners. Don't ever take anything of yours here!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EXPERIENCED! Brought my clothes in for dry cleaning for the first time. Not only I was surprised that she asked me to pay first, she asked me for cash saying her card machine had been broken for a few weeks. I said I don't usually carry cash and I will pay when I pick it up and I hope the machine is fixed by then. Then she goes " if you can't pay cash when you pick it up, I can't take your clothes." and she threw the clothes at me. Seriously? You just turn 180 degrees like that when your customer doesn't wanna pay cash? Well, I guess she somehow knows that her card machine won't be fixed by the time I pick it up and it'll probably never be fixed. How shady is that? It's your responsibility to fix your card machine if it had been broken for a few weeks already. Just lost a potential customer due to horrible customer service. Great job. Never coming back to this place.
