Asher Laundry Mat

I called to find out how much it cost for the washers and the man who answered the phone said they have small med large and extra large machines. When I said I just needed a small machine he already hung up on me so when I tried calling back a couple of times he would not pick up the phone. Had to give a one star rating otherwise NO star! Terrible customer service .

NEVER use this laundromat! My washing machine died and delivery of the new one was a week away so I ended up at this business. I washed four loads of clothing, put the wet clothing into clean plastic bags and took everything home to dry. When loading the light colours into my dryer, I saw that several items were stained a dark yellow. It looked like someone splashed dirty engine oil over the items. I called the proprietor and he said that he'd dry clean them in an attempt to remove the stains. When I got back there, he said I would have to pay for the dry cleaning and that he doubted the stains would come out. He said his machines were clean and he was not to responsible. I am 100% sure the stains were not there when I loaded the clothing into his machines! In the end, I lost a pair of white jeans, a fleece top, a placemat and a couple of napkins and tea towels... not to mention the $17.50 it cost me to use his washing machines.

You will still get your laundry done here but it's all the little details which make me bring my laundry somewhere else whenever I can. Laundry machine takes eleven quarters instead of ten like everywhere else. That is not a big deal, of course, it is just one example though. I guess the fact it is located in PoCo talks for itself :)
