Middle of the week, I need a load of work clothes done and my regular cleaner is closed. This was my next closest option. I wasn't sure if I'd have time, it was 5:45PM but good news! The hours posted next to the open door stated that they were open until 7PM and last load was at 6PM. Plenty of time for me, I didn't have much and was prepared with quarters, soap and dryer sheets. When I went in, I took a look around and was greeted by who I assume was the owner seated at a table with another guy. He told me they were closing and I couldn't do any laundry. Confused by this I asked about the sign on the door. They started laughing at me and said, "Oh, that's an old sign." How would I rate my experience? Humiliating and confusing.

I wouldn't recommend this place, especially not for alterations. My wife and I took a jacket and a pair of jeans here. jeans to get a hole patched and same thing for jean jacket. Not only did he not have a clue to what I was referring to but said it would be a couple of days. After a week has passed for these simple fixes, I called to see if it was finally ready and they had no idea what I was talking about. I went down there and the guy at the front said they weren't ready, went to talk to someone else came back and said another week. They never called to tell me it would take 2 weeks to put a patch in my jeans and seemed suspicious when I went down there. asked for my clothes back. will NEVER go back there

I usually go to LJ dry cleaners but I found out they do 2 piece suits for cheaper so I tried busy bee out and they do it just as good for cheaper and faster.
