Sunterra Market, Britannia Plaza

Unhelpful staff. First in milk section - couldn’t find the milk I always buy here. Asked someone who was fixing up the shelves - he just stared, kinda said - I guess we don’t have it? I could see that myself, I would have liked to know where I can find it, or if you have more, or if more is coming on a different day? Then went to cheese isle - couldn’t find havarti cheese. Asked a lady in ‘bread’ - she also just stared unenthusiastically and said - whatever is on the shelf... thanks. Asked another person, they just stood next to me looking. Just seems that staff are not knowledgeable about products they carry, and aren’t super helpful.

It's sunterra so their selection of fresh meals is alright, but the atmosphere, quality, and over priced food is unacceptable. Either get a renovation or move locations because this location is not a reflection of what sunterra normally is.
