BOX by No Frills

We have been to most of Calgary’s No Frills location and our visit here today was by far the best experience we have had. The store was organized and tidy. The shelves were full with mist items being clearly marked. The produce was surprisingly fresh as well. Our checkout clerk was fast, polite and friendly as he processed our items in record time. Sure to return

Shop here first when in the area. Latest renovation has added brand new wall refrigerators, open display type. Increase in product available for sale. Maybe they increased retail floor area too. Number of Check-out till clerks vary quickly with needs.

Used to shop here diligently until the recent renovations. It's not even fair to call it No Frills anymore... the prices went up, stopped selling a lot of my regular purchases and store hours changed. Might as well go back to Superstore.

Not as cheap as you think. Very limited selection. They tape up damaged grocery items and put them back on the shelf. Cashiers are very unprofessional and slow. Superstore is better.

Staff who work in the store are great I always find. However, the prices have gone up a lot since it first opened. The selection isn't as good and its good downhill a bit. The tricky this is that at times the selection is so poor that you have to buy something more expensive than going to Superstore. This takes a lot of the benefit of it away, but I guess this is the purpose of them doing it.
