Very nice rooms. But don't stay there.  Managers /Owners accused me of smoking,  because some guys staying across from me kept smoking with door to outside wide open.
 
  I tried to say I wasn't me smoking anything, i wasn't even awake..!!
 They woke me after banging on my door at 7am!  I answered the door startled, I had no idea what was happening and in a night shirt. To be told to leave immediately.  I was on vacation.  
  And.. note,   I was upstairs in the hotel and had been sleeping at least 6 hours ..!! 
 So super weird.  Id been there almost 2 paid weeks!
 So I'm sure if I was the problem they'd of known all the times I stayed there. 
They had no problem taking my $1750 for staying 12 nights. 

  I was told rudely to leave the hotel (after I'd paid in full) 
 and been a perfect guest for 2 weeks, and had 3 more days on my booked and paid for time in the Suite Room. 

  It was a really strange experience.  I also had stuff disappear from my room. Random things,  make up,  clothes,  it didn't feel very safe. 

I was later told by a manager at the time ( who was fired not long after)  that they, the OWNERS HAD  "up rented" my room, at a higher price, to someone else. So They needed the room guess. 

 So they made me leave 3 nights before my PAID IN ADVANCE TIME  was up.  I had to go thru credit card company for a refund. I had stayed there SEVERAL DIFFERENT OCCASIONS with absolutely no problem. 

I won't stay there again.  As a single female & return customer,   it was very unsettling.  
And I received no apology or offer of another room,  tho I paid in full.   Just rude,  unproven accusations.  No thank you.  Take your money somewhere else. 
Very disappointing. One star for the room. ☆  
And "O" stars for whomever owns it, for customer care and service,  because that's who asked me to leave.

My daughter and I stayed here for several nights and found the room comfortable and we felt safe. I would stay here again and would recommend it to friends and family. I wouldn’t trust their restaurant recommendations as I think they are tied into the place adjacent to them, and there are MUCH MUCH better options in Anacortes.

We drove 14 hours to be up here for my brother in laws funeral. This place looked clean and got great reviews so we booked a room for 3 nights. We’ve only been in the room to sleep and change. Last night we got in around 1am after spending time with family and seeing a movie. There was a sticky note on the door telling us to see the front desk. However they were closed so we couldn’t. Then some kid starts pounding on our door at 7am and tells us the owner kicked us out and we were supposed to leave last night?? We’re obviously confused and have no idea what’s going on. He tells us we’re kicked out for smoking marijuana in our room. We don’t even smoke! He says the owner smelled it around 6-7 at night. We haven’t been our room at all at this point other than 10 minutes to change around 5. He continues to accuse us and call us a liar. Request to talk to someone else but he will not listen. After an hour he says we’re fine and can talk to the owners when they get in. But he wants to “inspect our room” and they are “watching us”. Needless to say this is unacceptable and we are now being treated like criminals for something we didn’t do. We have one more night in town as we are burying my husbands brother this morning and i am stressed they are going to be in our room and touching our stuff while we are there or throw us out. They are refusing to give me my money back so I can go to another hotel also. Save your money and go elsewhere. The staff service beds and location are not worth the money. We will definitely stay elsewhere when we come up next.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was super big, comfy, and modern with a bit of sea-side comfort.

This is a gem of a hotel, with nice staff, cozy roomy rooms, and a central location. I recommend this hotel for business travel or a weekend get away from the city.
