Sunfood Supermarket

Have been regular customers in for a while and we appreciated all the services they provided in the past. However we would also like to exposure what happened recently as the issues didn't resolve plus no promised response got till now ! Below were butter & egg we bought on Dec.17 Sat. 2022 around 11:00 in , photos were taken on Dec.19 & 20 respectively. They refuse to refund due to the lost of the receipt and saying they would try to trace the transaction and response finally no matter what's the result but no response till now.

Nice place to shop for Asian food supply. Good selection of fruits, veggies, and all things grown to eat. Sauces, spices, oils and the like to flavour any eastern inspired dish. Fresh fish and meat counter. Like almost every asian market, cleanliness is to be desired, and is sometimes a matter of opinion. It helps if you speak the lingo, but it's a fun adventure when you don't. Shay-Shay.

A very big Supermarket inside Plaza with a big parking lot. this supermarket has good variety of fruit vegetable meat groceries. there's also the bakery section and a section that you can buy medicines. I think they have a sushi section, that's the only thing I would not buy it there. They are a lot of cashiers paying time is pretty fast. I recommend this supermarket

A large Chinese supermarket in a mall together with various small shops such as Chinese BBQ and bakery. Prices are reasonable. Ample parking spaces.

Another typical chinese groceries supermarket but this one would be a more economical version in terms of everything. it was the old old old Fortino address back in the 90s. Lots of people all the time. Price are descent but I would choose other chinese groceries supermarket for shopping.. just my own opinion, maybe if they can renovate this a bit, i find it a bit messy inside. But then if you are looking for some good deals then their prices are somehow competitive. quality wise... what u pay is what u get. overall, it’s fine, just another chinese supermarket.

Almost everything is more expensive than other Chinese supermarkets, the store is really messy/dirty, and they have more cash/debit-only checkout lanes than ones that accept credit. You also need to spend a minimum of $20 to even use credit.

Average price is higher than close by Chinese supermarket. The cashier which I had was very rude, she threw my items into a bag and threw me the receipt and change. I believe I am not the one who had this experience. The cashier gave the same attitude to the other customer. The management should give some training to the staff

This large location has changed hands over the years and its always been an Asian grocery, now it's Sunfoods. Particularly busy on Saturdays. They have a bakery, meat, seafood, drug goods, etc. Seems dirtier than other Asian groceries and the prices not particularly cheap.

Toooooooo terrible customer service!!!!!!!!!!!! The cashier wants to damage our stuff. My sister told her, Don't make a damage at our stuff and don't take of the shield things on the glass bottles. After she told, the cashier tries to make more damage. If I visited alone, of course I didn't buy. Just go the other supermarket is better, but I came with my mother in law. My mother in law also has shock because the cashier very rude. I visited second times here. Today I got really horrible & terrible service. I never come back here. How do management to staff? They need education about How to care customer's stuff. I don't want good service from them. But you don't have to make customers feel bad. She made My feel too bad.

Alot of selection, but it smells of seafood. They do need to clean up the place so it doesn't smell as much.
