Michael's No Frills

Went to this location for green grapes. Shelf was empty, asked a store employee replenishing some cabbages near by told me someone is bringing out. Went back near the butcher counter, seeing 4 employees standing by in conversation. A Asian lady came out with bananas on cart, another time with apples. She could not answer if any green grapes coming out. Did not understand English or tried to ignore me. Finally another employee named Andrew followed and he was very polite and respectful to go inside and come out with few boxes of grapes. No Frills need people like Andrew’s attitude to be working there.

This store is unfortunately disgusting. Have shopped there now too many times to find overflowing garbage at the entrance, litter in the parking lot and generally unclean conditions in the store including disgusting milk coolers with milk spilled on the glass door and caked on old milk on the inside floor of the cooler. Checkouts are almost always dirty and I find it necessary to ask the staff to clean the checkout area/surfaces before scanning my groceries. I have complained on different occasions to store management, but the total lack of cleanliness continues. The only reason I shop at this store is the convenient location, but until changes are made will need to seriously consider going elsewhere.

I'm hesitant to share this gem, fearing it'll become overcrowded like other locations.nnI've visited numerous No Frills locations, but this one stands out! Always impeccably clean. It's the perfect no-frills experience.nnPlease, No Frills corporate, take note! This location is the benchmark for all others.nnIf you're in the area, do yourself a favor and shop here. Most disgustingly dirty No Frills I have been in. Will not go back. People were acting like they had never seen food before. Removing husksnAnd left all over the store. One person had a whole cart full. No employee around either to stop the disturbing behaviour. Absolutely horrible. Place also smells disgusting

I want to give a shoutout to the super friendly employee who went out of their way to grab the last two items on the top shelf for me. They were a bit of a stretch to reach, but their help made it effortless. Thanks for making my shopping experience a breeze
