Field Fresh Supermarket

I'm just talking about the food court, even though there only five counters to offer quick lunch or snacks. The setting area is larger then most the food court out there. Usually not too crowded. One of them offer on spot fresh make traditional Chinese long dount (油条)，also a Korean food offered inside counter. So choose is limited.

Poor customer interaction. You have to know mandarin if you want information from most of the employees. Bought crabs yesterday from this place and it was a challenge to get across to the guy that I wanted more than one crab! All he did when I asked him to keep adding crabs was to shake his head vigorously and say no, only one. A woman shopping knowing Mandarin had to step in to translate. This place used to be the T&T Supermarket and that was better run. You could choose your own crabs. This place is nothing special and just a regular Chinese store albeit a large one.

I usually go to the supermarket to buy BBQ pork & roasted pork along with vegetable and fresh fish. This was my first time eating from the little shops outside the supermarket. I had some delicious congee and taro cakes. Will be back again.

The place is a little further for me, but the place is clean and has some good specials. Worth making the trip especially if your buying a lot. Xmas weekend they had lobster cheaper than all other nearby stores by at 2 bucks per pound. That's equivalent to $20 bucks... Bought a 10lb'er. But they also had jerky at $2+ cheaper too.. and it wasn't because it was about to expire either. So there's some pretty good savings here. Vegetable prices I do find comparable with others.

Surprised, A nice organized supermarket at low price tag. T & T made a bad decision to give up this location. The food court next to the supermarket get lots of good choices. The only inconvenient is the bakery have to paid separately.
