We've been here many times and it never disappoints! Clean place, open kitchen, comforting noodle soups and cold side dishes. They've added some new items like lamb skewers and burgers. Nice to have the chili oil and vinegar on the table as well. The best part is getting to choose the width of your noodles!

It may be the best in similar authentic noodle stores. Although the noodle soup menu is limited, there are so many types of noodles for your choice. And all noodles are made to order. Food really tasted good, especially the lamp skewers, which are fresh and well cooked. They are now having a promotion of 10% off on cash payment. They have a very decent slide of beef, which is really tasty and juicy.

Soup choice is limited but was flavourful and the "spicy" level had a nice kick to it for me. The lamb skewers and the cold noodle dish we got were really good - would come back just for those.Food: 4/5

We ordered large beef wide noodles with pickled vegetables. The noodle tastes good but the large bowl only had three thin slices of beef and a couple pieces of reddish. It wasn't the same as shown on the menu. The other three side dishes are OK. With all the Lanzhou noodle places we've been, we find this one is a bit disappointing. Not recommend.

Great food, very clean and excellent service. We came here looking for a nice bowl of soup and we ended up having a great bowl of soup. The portions are huge i thought i could finish a large but i had to pack the leftovers, the brought was tasty and the noodles had a really nice chew to it. We had the classic beef, and the braised beef noodle soups with wide noodles. Both were really good. Also had the cold noodles, but not a big fan of that. The service was excellent. The owner lady was really friendly and nice.

Not much more I can say about this place. It is better then I could have imagined. I have never eaten authentic Chinese food, but I can only imagine this place is as close as it gets. The noodles were cooked to perfection, and the flavours were out of this world, I cannot wait for my next meal here.Food: 5/5

Excellent noodles restaurant. You can see the staff make the noodles in the see though kitchen. The kitchen is clean and tidy. The choices are not a lot, mainly beef and lamb. It has so many different width of noodles. The soup base is good and light. And you can have different levels of spicy.Food: 5/5

The classic beef noodle is recommended - the soup base is pretty good. However I would not order the side dishes or other flavors’ noodles next time. The side dish had no flavor at all and we added some salt and vinegar ourselves to make it a little better. Just go and order one classic noodle, that’s it. I will come back for the classic noodle in the future

Tried the free noodles they were promoting, the noodles were soft and but the soup base was vinegary and quite bland, had to add chilli oil came with pickled chives on the side. Ordered also the lamb skewer and the cumin beef burger not shown.Food: 4/5
