Need a tooth extraction. Was quick and easy spent less than an hour here. Receptionist kinda sucked but everyone else was wonderful!

I have tried to give this location multiple opportunities to save me from leaving but they keep letting me down.
First off, I been coming here for the past 4 years, the dentists and assistants are wonderful which is why I stayed for so long. They are professional and nice. Its the receptionists and the billing that's the problem.
I got work done in May of last year and was told when I left that they would call me with how much it would cost after deductible because they couldn't look it up. They never called. a week later I called them. They said my portion AFTER ins would be $400.
December I got a 3rd notice statement for nonpayment for $400 from a visit in May. I was told that it was AFTER my insurance kicked in and I explained that this was the first notice I received and the representative said no worries just pay by Jan 18th. So I came back in January to pay and we had a snow storm and the store was closed. No worries I will come back tomorrow. So BEFORE coming back I called the store which routes you to the online scheduling center(they don't tell you that), they said yes were open, come on in. So I drove across town and they were still closed. Irritated I left. I called the next day and they said they were open so I came to the store and they were closed for lunch and had a sign on the door saying they would be back at 1pm. it was 1:45pm and nobody was there so I left and drove around and came back after 2pm and someone was there. they apologized and all I wanted to do was make my payment. The receptionist then said that it was sent to collections already and to call this number. I left and called the number and they said they don't have my account either. So I went back to the dentist and she had to get another person to find my account so I can make the $400+ payment.
Fast forward to today when I get a call saying that I have a different type of insurance and that my insurance has denied all my claims for the past 2 years and that I have been paying 100% out of my own pocket. All she can do is apologize. Will they reimburse me for there mistake? probably not. I gave them multiple chances but they are obvious HUGE disconnects on day to day operations.
Don't get me wrong, dentists great but the girls up front have lack of training
