Paragon Dental

Dr Carter is a piss poor dentist. The best word to describe the crowns he did for me is nightmare. He does not care about his patients and does not make time for them. I chipped my front tooth 2 days before my honeymoon and he refused to see me. I had to go a different dentist to have it fixed. Horrible horrible dentist

Some of the other reviews mention difficult office staff & I remember those days well. There were just a couple of people who were really troublesome & both are GONE. One in particular would ruin an otherwise really good experience w/her attitude. The staff they have now are extremely professional and friendly and the dentists are wonderful, especially mine, who I won't mention by name because I'll never get in to see him/her again :). Good help, particularly customer service help, is extremely difficult to find. I would highly recommend Paragon Dental.

While I'd like to say this is an excellent office and Dr. Carter is great which they both are. I can not give it more stars or a better rating because of their hours. They are closed on Fridays. Every Friday. Yes that's a three day weekend for the staff, every weekend of the year. Great for them. Terrible for the general public looking for service.
