Papillion Dental Care

This dental office is literally the best dental office I have ever been to. I can tell you as somebody who has high anxiety over medical and dental work that I feel none of that going here. Dr Van hoof and everyone else I come in contact with are kind and patient. Each and every one of them are seriously amazing. Not only that the attention to care Dr Van hoof has herself is top notch, she makes sure you are comfortable, and you can count on a steady and knowledgable hand to make sure you get the work done right. There should be more than 5 stars I can give because honestly this office is amazing. Kudos to Dr Van hoof and all of the staff from the hygienist, to the business manager and beyond. They are all awesome!

Took my 3 yr old for his 1st dentist appointment today. The staff, assistants, and doctors are nothing short of amazing. Their patience is unwavering, and he was stoked to pick a prize at the end! Thanks Dr. Van Hoof!

I was overcharged $600 and was not told until my next visit 6 months later. I thought I would give them one more chance as the Hygeniests are really great. When I went to my cleaning today the Dentists were out of the office. I’ve had an appointment for 6 months and they did not have the decency to give me a courtesy call to reschedule or let me know the Dentist would not be in. Poor business ethics. I do NOT recommend.

Made an appointment complaining of terrible tmj pain and impacted molars. When i arrived i recieved about 50 xrays (which I expected). After that the dentist referred me to another place for wisdom tooth extraction which I also expected to happen. What annoyed me was that, instead of prioritizing my pain in my jaw and constant pain, she decided the first thing we should do was get some cavities filled. In reference to my constant pain in my mouth and headaches, she told me to go see my family physician. I had already explained that im between insurance so my extraction would have to wait at least 60 days. Overall i spent 160$ out of pocket for the dentist to tell me what I already knew. I now cant afford another appointment elsewhere until new insurance kicks in. My pain wasnt important enough for them to take seriously, so ill spend a while in pain. I called several places before settling for papillion dental, because i explained my situation prior and believed they could actually help me. On top of all of this I drove over an hour for sub par service. Dont recommend this place for new customers. They were very nice people and a nice place.

I came to this office for a cleaning and was very impressed all around with the hospitality of everyone. The assistant was super nice. I ended up needing a crown, but Dr Steger walked me thru the entire process and was so nice. Definitely a great experience here!
