Wife an kids went in. Lady was super rude with my wife. My wife stayed calm, she stopped helping her and helped the guy behind her while my my waited with our kids. My wife asked for Italian bread the lady grabs white looks snidely at my wife. My wife still held her tongue. Going to check out she drops the money glaring waiting for my wife to pick it up. Then as she hands my wife the change she drops it n glares. My wife calmly says god bless. As she walks out the lady yells have a good day. As they left my 8 year old says I felt bad for you mom she was rude

Running late to a horse show in the morning. Needed breakfast. I was 10 minutes early before they open. The young man was putting out the tables and chairs. He opened early to make my breakfast. Great service and food. I had fun and full of food riding at the horse show.

I just moved to this small town of braham, and was super excited when I found out there was A subway as this is my absolute favorite quick food to grab. I have been at this location before and have had some great experiences. The employees are welcoming and nice and i love how clean this establishment is kept. Unfortunately I have just received not such great service from someone who's name i didn't catch, although from previous reviews I gather her name is Jenni. So I walk up and the lady asked what I would like. As she is preparing my sandwhich, my phone made a quick ding* I glanced and placed my phone in my pocket. All of a sudden I felt very uncomfortable as if this woman's eyes where burning into my very soul. I awkwardly looked up with a smile and noticed the woman had completely stopped making my food and was in fact looking at me as if I had just trashed her religion. The woman stated " I don't contend with those utilizing their cell phones". I then politely smiled and said "excuse me, I am sorry". I had not realized she did not hear my response when she asked what kind of cheese I had wanted. She then said again " I don't contend with those utilizing their cell phones". I was standing there is shock at the woman who had just made the very rude unwarranted remark as I was not text messaging or talking on the phone nor was my phone even in sight. I had just simply glanced then put away. But irregardless after the comments the woman continued to go about making my sandwich as I said nothing and just stood in shock. While she was making my sandwich I was so appalled by this woman's ability to be so rude I realized something, I wasn't hungry any longer, so as the woman was making my food I just simply left the thought of eating a meal made from someone who is so comfortable being rude just gave me a bad taste in my mouth. So unfortunately I don't foresee myself going to this location any longer.

The people were prompt but the gentleman making our sandwhichs complained about customers the whole time. Now this is a FAST FOOD resturant not a high end gourmet resturant and customers are gonna be reading some orders off their phones were coming from work, softball, school, or whatever. were definitely not coming to listen to him whine about doing his job. Ruined this location i will stop in cambridge from now on.
