Wendy's

2:30pm Labor Day. 2 other customers. Sandwiches cold, dining area reeking unemptied garbage, flies, empty ketchup bag, dirty tables. bathrooms unattended. Kitchen disgusting dirty floor, dirty French fry oil by taste of fries, employee hygiene and handling questionable. Even the soda mix was off. Definitely not comparable to other Wendy's we have visited. Recommend other locations. Walked away feeling ill.

Definitely deserves a zero. The manager is a dumbass. Waited 12 minutes in the drive through when I was the only one there! When I finally got my meal. She goes bye. Uh..? Where's my coke? Oh ya. Gives me the coke. Asked twice for hot sauce. Didn't get it.

The staff seemed a little slow, the manager was apologizing to every customer about the wait, I found a pink hair in my Baconator burger which I can only assume came from the girl who was putting the sandwiches together since I saw no hairnets among any of the staff. My son ordered the double chocolate chunk cookie only to discover once we had left they gave him a regular chocolate chip cookie. Honestly I felt bad for the manager, he was trying his hardest to get everything done quickly as possible but was catching a lot or resistance from his other staff members.

My daughter and I went here and did not even get acknowledged that we were waiting to order for 5 minutes! The floors and the work areas in back were disgustingly dirty. The staff that was working and ignoring us did not look hygienic either. Gross. This coming from someone who has worked in fast food also for 10 years we felt disgusting just being there. We walked out went to Culvers so glad I did. If I could do less than 1 star I would shame on them for customer service, cleanliness and hygiene; the golden rules of food.

Took 15 mins to place my order. 10 more mins to get to the window to get. I expect faster service with a fast food restaurant.
