Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar

Waitress was friendly, personable, and fun. The food was good and I Loved the $1 margaritas. My husband and I, and our two kids ate, drank, and left an (18%) tip for less than $40. For supper! Quality and excellence, at a great price!v that can't be beat. We will Defiantly be back.

Was disappointed. Ordered car aide to go on Friday October 27. When my husband got home there was an item missing. I immediately called the store and was told they'd email me a gift card. I have yet to receive it. Also, my fiesta lime chicken I ordered. ....i still haven't eaten. The top was burnt and the next ranch that should be on there, pretty much non existant. Not impressed.

We waited a pretty long time to have food that wasn't even hot. We waited at least 45 minutes to even get our appetiser. We had to walk our kids around the restaurant several times to calm them down because they were so hungry and lack the patience an adult does I normally order the 4 cheese honey pepper chicken Mac from other locations and it's great. At Cambridge location is wasn't cheesey at all. I questioned why are good took so long when it came out old . Even our boneless wings appetizer was all cold but one piece in the middle was hot

Went to have dinner with my son and spend some quality time and boy was that a mistake I will not be back the food was raw it took way too long to get our food then when my son got his food his onion rings were burnt so they brought him back some other onion rings and they were more burnt than the first ones terrible service. Disgusting!!!!

I feel that I have had more meals compensated here than I have paid for. Just when I feel enough time has passed, and I give it another try, they fail me again. One time we waited 45 min before our waitress even noticed that she FORGOT to put our order in. Another time, there was a large group of high-schoolers taking full advantage of the after 9pm specials, which is fine and dandy, but we still had to wait over 45 mins for our meal. It is really a disappointment when you've had a long day at work or you are mentally drained, and all you want is a nice meal just to be let down again and again by this location.
