Seriously the WORST expierence ever. We ordered 35 minutes ahead of time online. I waited 5 minutes at the register before being greeted due to staff carrying on personal conversations about how other employees attitudes were poor, loud enough for anyone in the establishment to hear. I waited another 25 minutes for my pizza that I was told "is being made right now & we will let you know when it's done". I finally walked up to ask where my pizzas were, only to be treated like I was NOTHING but a bother to their evening. Then handed my pizzas that had apparently been done. Assistant manager was beyond RUDE with a piss poor attitude. The guy making pizzas was unfriendly and told me I wasn't notified they were done because it was an online order.... are you kidding me??? What a joke. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

I figured I would stop in really quick and pickup dinner, but I can say the experience I had would change that forever... In Cambridge area we have many pizza shops near us and in town, however they had 6 people in line and one guy making pizza and he was flying! He even had the audacity to apologize to me for the 'long' wait. It was nice to see someone so passionate about their job!

Friendly service. Be careful if you order your pizza and leave. You might get the wrong pizza and/or toppings.
