Yee Siang Dumplings

Try this - don’t get the general tso’s chicken for once and try an authentic dish. The eggplant dish is amazing and so is the ho fun noodles. The spicy beef noodles is on point. Dumplings are handmade and they don’t cheap out on using cheap meat. I was impressed with the skirt steak in the noodles.

The scallion pancakes are an awesome starter. The wait here can be a little bit long, it's a tiny place with a tiny kitchen. I've never been to China, so I don't know if it's actually authentic, but it's not your typical "orange chicken" type Chinese restaurant. Price is good too!

THE best dumplings in the Ann Arbor area! The cuisine here is mostly northern Chinese, and they are known for their dumplings and hot pots. The ambience is nice, the layout is open, and the staff is super nice. If you're ever in Ann Arbor or Ypsilanti and are craving some warm comfort food, stop by and grab some Yee Siang Dumplings!

The dumplings here are totally handmade and they remind me of the ones my grandma makes. The restaurant itself is a small, home-y, but clean and pretty place. I'll definitely be bringing friends here!

Chinese food was great ( generals chicken and Sweet n sour). The dumplings and noodle bowl we're very authentic which is why they were a little "different" tasting. Service was great and very friendly.
