KFC

I haven't ever had fast or accurate deliver of food at any KFC. I love the chicken, hate the service.

Stopped at 7:15 PM to order am 8 pc Original bucket via the drive through. The gentleman said "you will want to go to a different restaurant, we don't have any chicken." They were scheduled to be open until 10PM in the summer! Really KFC has no chicken? Then I went back a couple weeks later thinking it was just an off day, this time the drive through was not operating, so I walked in, the manager and people inside were standing and no one seemed to know what to do next. Really need to retrain the staff an up the customer service and they would see a ton more business and profit. Can HQ really work with this branch and help them? I think people want to work and do a good job, they have just not been trained and incentivized to do a stellar job. Make more chicken, just chalk it up to marketing, if it is slow, send someone out to wave in some customers. Go for it!

The food was good Ann's the place was clean. I ordered a 3 piece leg and thigh and wss asked 3 times if I wanted the 2 piece $5 fill up. The benches have torn seats.

Food is good, but service sucks. Employees rarely know what they even are selling or whats on the menu. They always forget something or ring something up incorrectly. Also super slow.

Slow service & no grilled chicken available. Those of us with wheat intolerance often choose KFC grilled chicken.
