Lao Thai Family Restaurant

My brother started going to this place back in the day when they opened now I love this place. Great food, wonderful staff. Family orientated. I plain out love Thi food anyways. Henry is awesome! Always talks to me awesome staff worker.

I used to enjoy this place and recommended this place to many people who wanted to try Southeast Asia cuisine, but lately the food has been... okay, and service has been bad. Based on my recent visits here, I give this place two stars.

I’m obsessed with this place, order takeout usually once a week. Orders are always hot and correct and they do an amazing job with all my specifications, spring rolls no meat, pad see yew no eggs, etc. Prices are also very reasonable. I don’t go anywhere else for Thai food now!

Very horrible service. I have never had service this bad ever. I read the reviews and thought well they are above 4 but saw the negative reviews and thought maybe it was just a bad day but this place was truly the worst. The server felt like he was running the place and thought he could scream at my fiancé anyhow. Take your money elsewhere please. Trust me on this one. We tried being polite to the server but he was just the worst. The food was good but it was definitely not worth the hassle. I recommended we go here for lunch but I felt terrible after this experience. Try Amazing Thailand in MPLS instead please. Thanks.

I adore this place! Best Pad Thai I've had in MN, hands down. Everything I have tried on the menu has been fresh, and delicious, not to mention priced nicely for my meager budget! And this is a great local, family-run place with personable, friendly staff. I honestly probably eat here 2-3 times a week. Every week. Even my picky toddler loves the food (and the people!) here. I definitely recommend checking them out to see for yourself. :)
