Hoa Bien Restaurant

Their spring rolls are so fresh and amazing! The egg rolls are crunchy and the sauce for it is amazing! Fried rice is great as well! Their pho is delicious. This is a place I recommend my friends and family to go. They are very friendly and don’t rush you at all. Very kind and comfortable atmosphere.

This excellent, family-run restaurant has a much more complete menu than any other Vietnamese place on University. Do not miss the weekend brunch specials, but if you get there too early the lady who makes the good stuff might not be there yet. damnit why is this place closed at 11pm ... want

Awesome place me and my family liked it and go here more than most restaurants pretty good place to grab a bite. The thing i like the most is their delicous wontons which they make different than all Vietnamese restaurants that as least i have been to. I also love their spring rolls and delicious peanut sauce. Last but definitely not least their pho is delicious and heart warming perfect forwhen you're freezing and want something good sniff got to hit you right on the heart.

I go to school at Mitchell Hamline and looked for a place that was nearby that served Pho. This place is perfect for takeout. It has a big parking lot, when I walked in somebody was there ready to take my order, and then it took only 10 minutes before I was back in my car with my delicious Pho. I ordered the Beef Pho, and the beef is rare (which is customary) but the broth was hot enough to cook it to the right temp--even after driving it back to school. Lots of additional stuff came with it making it a Hardy meal for a cold day. Also, the price was very reasonable...less than $15. I give this place my full endorsement. Go Visit!!
