Subway

Nice sub: Honey oat, steak and cheese, cheddar, toasted, mushrooms, lettuce, spinach, black olives, hot peppers, pickles, bbq sauce and chipotle southwest. Yumz!! Subway pro tip: When you order a sandwich for takeout, don’t eat it right way. Keep it wrapped for an hour or 2 till all ingredients infuses each other including the bread. Tastes much better. I call this the simmering method ;)

I have visited this location before but this time, I sent my son as he wanted subway and I ordered a meatball 12" on the Italian Parm bread. I was very busy being the evening chauffeur for the kids so, I took one bite then realized I have to take leave for another drop off. I got home about 30 minutes later, starving, and took another bite out of the first half and chewed. Knowing something wasn't right, I pulled a long white (or bleached blonde) hair out of the actual meatball - not sitting on the meatball! I can handle a hair on top of a dish - it happens, but to have it in the meatball was too much. I visited the store to talk to the manager with the hair itself in a wrapped piece of paper for their examination, and there was no manager on duty so I discretely told the young man that was working the details - and after looking at the hair he said he knew who it belonged to and that they make the meatballs in the morning for the day. No offer of anything for the trouble as he wasn't authorized to do anything. I said, again not to let any of the other customers in the queue know what I had experienced, that I would like to leave my name and number and have the management/owner call me - the server was not really positive about this - I guess return calls are not the norm for the operators of this location. He took the wrapped hair after looking at it and threw it in the garbage and I told him to grab it to provide identification of the person who was not wearing their mandatory sanitation items so it can be addressed and not happen again, and ensure I get a call back from somebody - I wasn't looking for a handout. No call back, no acknowledgement when I went back in to speak with a manager (again not until we are closing will anybody be available). Subway is gone from our once in a while take out option at this point. I am more disappointed that there was no feedback about what steps they are taking so I will not have another hair in my sandwich. Poor, poor service from management/owner/franchisee!

Nicely equipped location with new drink machines, staff are great, location is one of the more modern ones.
