A zero would describe the service and sorbet. I returned a very old, unedible cup of sorbet for a small soft serve, then the manager berated the girl for not charging me for the exchange! When my husband asked if there was a problem, the manager rudely said he would lose his job for giving away ice cream but he would give us a gift, so my husband payed so the young girl would not get in further trouble. Horrible customer service! Will never go back.
