If you want a steak cooked to perfection, or simply want to sit down for some 5 STAR appetizers; Sublime has it all. The prices are amazing for the food that gets put out here. $100 for a steak in Calgary as opposed to a quarter of the price for the same cut. My favorite place to eat in town. Had such a great experience with my Wife! We were catered to and were made to feel special. Thanks Dennis, Stasha, and all the Staff @ Sublime Food and Wine! Great service!

The location is nice, easily accessible. The environment is cosy and you feel quite at home. The waitress we had was very friendly, and quick to take orders, bring the drinks and refill our water. The time it took to get our food was pretty long even though the restaurant only had one other couple with us. We ordered steaks with potatoes. The potatoes were cut as wedges and the vegetables weren't arranged in a special way. The steaks were not cooked as ordered at first, but the cook personally corrected that by giving us a perfectly cooked steak. 3 out of 5 for returning the steak, and a pretty long wait time to receive our meals.

We brought our mother here for her 80th birthday. Our server, Stasha, was super friendly, funny, and very prompt with service. The food was delicious. They were helpful and understanding with our energetic two-year-old. I would recommend this place highly.

Food was great. Seemed lunch had more options than dinner. Would like to see more appetizer or shared portions.
