Boston Pizza

The service was good. However the food was pricey and my nachos were bare as could be on cheese and barely any meat it was a sad sad case of nachos. Even after the nachos were returned they still did not have any visible ground beef as ordered. The pasta was great. Beef dips are bland. For restaurant advertising great food it is substandard for the price that they want!

I had asked our waitress to bring a little bit of mashed potatoes with gravy for my five month old son. She came back with a heaping plate of mashed potatoes and a very large gravy. A huge waste of food. If I knew was gonna be that big I never would've bought it. My husband ordered the chicken Parmesan. They rented a chicken and they use chicken fingers. He said it didn't take nothing at all. It's pretty much his favourite dish. Our waitress not once came by our table and asked if you would like a refill. And it wasn't even busy. When we were done our food she asked if you wanted dessert we said no. Then she left us with no bill. So the checkout we had to go to the front to grab her bill we were first in the front and they served everyone that came in after us. Then finally they cashed us out. So for my hubby, myself, my two-year-old son and my five-month-old son it was a total of $60. Definitely not worth the money to eat here if you ask me. Next time we come here to town I am not eating here with my family.

First time that I am disappointed in BP Restaurant. The only good about this place is that servers are very kind and professional and waiting time is not long at all. But food was bad, very bad. It came to that level that my wife took 2 bites and left it there. It was one of chicken salads, chicken was old, possibly reheated but not even warm and raw. I hope you understand how big issue that is, hopefully no one will get salmonela and I hope that you will have a talk with your chef. On top of all that, salad wasn't fresh or cleaned properly either.

went around 6:30 and had about a 3 minute wait, to be expected considering how busy it was. there was a little bit of a wait for our food but my drink was refilled anytime it got low so I was chill. all the workers were nice, the manager came out and was helping tables so its nice to see that. Nothing negative to say it was a good experience.

Food was ok, on par with other Boston Pizzas. Staff was friendly. The waiting was truly the only downside. It was a busy long weekend and we waited 30 minutes to get in. Once inside we sat and waited some more. Probably 15 minutes before someone came to take our order. We asked for our kid's meal to come out with the appetizer, which it did 40 minutes later with all the other food. The staff appeared to be doing their best, but there wasn't enough of them to handle the restaurant at near full capacity.
