It’s very pleasant to see the improvement which were finally implemented in Sante. There is more space and a wider variety of saunas now: Finnish and Steam there are evening sauna sessions in those, Rose, infrared and additional steam one. Inside, outside pool and 3 jacuzzis. You can have a drink inside of it. However, the food is still not available.
The worst service ever. Arriving at this place, we were told that they did not have towels, because the laundry was broken. We were offered to go to the hotel and take a towel, saying that one for 2 people would be enough to sit. we spent an hour on the road. As a result, we came, paid, and at the entrance to the bath they did not let us in, saying that we did not meet their rules. Having changed clothes back, at the reception, at the request to return the money, we were refused. At the request to call the administrator, we were refused and told to leave. I haven't seen this anywhere before. Very unworthy behavior of employees showed the level of service of this place.
After the reconstruction it got worse. The sacred place turned into a mass market. Was on Thursday. Too many people. The reception does not explain where to leave shoes and outerwear. Minimal, common, walk-through changing room. In one changing room, there are people both from the street in outerwear and people just from the shower. There is minimal place to change clothes, it is very cramped. There are new interesting saunas and lounge areas. But there is no desire to come in future because of overcrowding, uncomfortable changing rooms. Feeling stressed after visiting. Hope in future these minuses will be fixed

That’s the best place in Warsaw city to relax. Amazing saunas complex, great massages. For ladies who wants to enjoy privacy dedicated evening for ladies only.
Awesome! So much more than a hotel!
We checked out a night before the estimated check out to other hotel. The services were inferior. The security guy was staring at us at all time, during the two days staying. And he stared for like from the moment he saw us until we disappeared from his eye contact. And he stared as we could be criminals or so. As a businessman, the clothes I wear are more expensive, than the guy's whole sallary. Then I asked him, that dose he have a problem, or there is any issue. The security guy was a rude like yeah, yeah. And the reception Mrs says yes, thats is his job. I told her, yes indeed it is, but he could be a nice to the guest. Some of the staff was nice people. The wifi didn't work cause simcard net bad connection in the hotel and I asked for help and they said try several options password and that didn't work out. The breakfast was so bad. Dry bread, appel and orange juice machine spread almost just a water sealant juice and it was so minor.
I really enjoyed the facility and thought it was very clean and nice. That being said, there were some creepy men and one who followed me into the sauna, steam bath, and then rose sauna and proceeded to spread his legs and stare at my chest. Women, be prepared!
The spa was great. Many different activities and a modern clean feeling. The big sauna had a cool 3D display.
Like many other super places in Warsaw – you have to leave city centre. The trip it self is a 10-15 min taxi drive, but believe me – it's worth the time. The place is a 5 star from the entrance all the way – new, VERY clean, super equipped and with style! The Finnish Sauna therapy sessions every full hour is a must do, makes this place special. Different rooms, pools and therapy just made our 3 hours feel like one... A really cool feature is the relaxing area where you can digitally order from the Hotel Bar down to the spa, snacks, drinks without getting dressed – its nice temperated with relaxing lights and heated stone seats. who does say no to a drink Friday night Highly recommended place!
