I love that this location is in a very busy strip plaza with tons of other stores if you like shopping in an outdoor setting. My better half prefers a shopping mall. The selection isn’t as large, but it wasn’t out of my way, since I was already in Ajax. The sales staff were a bit MIA, but I only wanted to see if they had any new dining tables. The store itself is clean and well maintained.

Horrible quality! I bought 2 queen size beds here. The 1st one fell in a few months, the beds legs couldn't support a 50kg woman! The 2nd bed fell in 2 years, same problem: design flaw. And I had to pay their mistakes. I will never buy anything here.

Horrible, online service! I would not recommend this company to anyone. I've been waiting for my delivery for offically 5 days now! Unprofessional, customer service team when escalated. You're better off going to another reputable company, who will be accountable for their policies and procedures.

Furniture store , can find collection different than other stores. Prices are fixed and comparable to Leon's and Bricks. The store is for display mostly. You have to order and they will deliver.

Great experience at this store getting our couch and accent chairs. The purchase went smoothly, the employees were kind and patient. They were delivered on the the exact date as promised and the automated delivery updates were very helpful. The delivery person was very friendly and kind as well. Thank you!

Poor experience with structube. Waited a long time to get my couch and it came in defective. The rep at this store said it was an easy fix and would just have to drill holes under the couch. Why am I paying $1000 to receive a defect couch and then say it's a simple fix and have to fix it myself? They would not even offer a discount for giving me a defective product. Would you spend over one thousand dollars on a defective couch and be asked to fix it yourself? I've bought thousands of dollars worth of furniture from stuctube and this will be my last. I've had friends and family cancel their orders as well.

Good and helpfull staff and good selection

A positive sales experience at the Ajax store was completely undone by the rude and condescending behaviour their subcontracted delivery service displayed towards my 75 year old mother. I address the issues to the store directly and have received the most basic of apologies plus a bit of an attempt to shift their delivery guys’ lack of people skills away from him and on to my mother for having the audacity to be surprised at them showing up unannounced and unwilling to bring the furniture indoors. I was apparently told this at time of purchase but I do not recall that I had another item on order but I’ll be cancelling it. I can’t spend another dollar there anytime soon if this is the sort of companies they use to deliver their merchandise. It’s too bad, as I actually like their stuff.

Great selection and good reasonable prices. Been there couple of times and I have been never disappointed

Amazing designer indoor decorations and furnitures. Must see place before you buy things for your home.
