In my opinion, I don't think the staff is very knowledgeable about tech stuff BUT they are so willing to help. Most of the staff are very pleasant too. Store is usually clean and organized. Needed to return some items in the past and transaction was smooth. Also the manager, Indian guy with British accent, sorry I don't remember his name, but he is so helpful too.

Fourth visit after actually talking to staff to confirm product coming in without it actually being there. And they wonder why I would rather shop on Amazon.
