Our kitchen designer, Michelle Leisch, did a superlative job. She put the "customer" front and centre in Customer Service. From the design phase, to choosing the products, to scheduling and installation, everything went smoothly. This is a professional company with equally professional staff. The showroom, selections and co-ordination of everything that had to be done was first-rate. Michelle took all the time necessary to help us through from first contact to the day we said, "Our kitchen's done and it’s perfect.” I'd heartily recommend AyA and Michelle without hesitation.

We chose Aya Kitchen Gallery because of the enthusiastic and creative designer and the wide selection of options. The displays and computer designs helped us in visualizing our new kitchen. The delivery and installation timing exceed our expectations. Yes, there were minor issues and adjusts required, but all were dealt with in a timely manner and resolved to our satisfaction. We would not hesitate in recommending Aya and their design team for a similar project.

Customer Service: F / Workmanship: B+ Aya offers quality products and workmanship, but I was unsatisfied with the customer service from the Aya representative. For the amount of money that they charge customer service should be a priority. We had minor issues with cracking of grout work from the settlement of the cabinets and a few other minor issues with the installation. We had patiently waited for our representative to do a final inspection to bring up the minor issues, but she never came by to do the final inspection. It would appear as soon as you hand over your check you are no longer a priority customer. We contacted her supervisor and we were directed to buy the material to make the repairs ourselves. To this date we have still not received a final inspection from the Aya representative, despite making inquiries. Customer Service: F (for incompletion of duties.) Quality and workmanship: B+ I would recommend trying another Aya location that values Customer Service. I would not recommend this location to a friend or acquaintance. Carol
