Sklar Peppler home

This is absolute junk. We were told buy here for quality. We stand behind our products. Neither was true. The whole frame fell apart. As you can see. Lots of the nails were Miss fired in factory creating weak spots. We were told to bring it down and pay to fix it. First of all sectional is a year old and $4000. If this is how you stand behind your products? would of went to a giant chain store and paid less and received better service. Don’t waste your time. Go to a big box store. Left message for manager to call. Mon return call. Been 3 weeks. Amazing service

This is my 2nd time buying from here. Bought a sectional and ottoman directly off the showroom. Just make sure you fully check items in the showroom as there could be small damages on items. They will note and have fixed prior to delivery. Store is a little pricey but the quality is worth it. Sales and delivery services is excellent. Update: Was not aware that i was buying items that are not Sklar Peppler

The staff are very helpful and friendly, and the store is beautiful and clean and inviting. They have gorgeous washrooms for customers to use too! I ordered something and the fabric because unavailable, so they got creative and offered me the floor model instead. Very accommodating and lovely to deal with. They have a large variety of pieces and brands too.

Had a great shopping experience, employees were friendly and helpful. The two shipping guys were the real stars though. They wrapped the furniture in plastic and then even went to lunch late so that we could get the last piece in good time. Had a great experience.

Janet was very welcoming and helpful when we came into the store to purchase a new sofa. The store has an excellent selection of furniture to choose from. We appreciate the professional service in completing our purchase.

The service from the moment the delivery people came to my door until they left, was SUPERB!!! The men were professional, knew exactly how my recliner was to me set up and did so rapidly and with care. They showed me how to use it, asked if I had any questions and then left. It was a 10 out of 10 experience! I will return to Sklar Pepplar for future purchases.

Great staff , so helpful and full of options. Made buying our couch for our first home a no brainer. We will continue to buy all our furniture from this company. Thank you for great customer service!

Janet was an absolute pleasure to work with! She helped my boyfriend and I customize our couches for our new home and she spend so much time with us and made us a couch with everything we wanted! She is the best! Highly recommend!!

You will definitely need to ask for Janet in sales/design to help you plan your next new look/room. She gave such amazing attention to detail and was so concerend at how it would all fit into my house she even went the extra mile and talked with delivery, showed them pictures and measurements before she even had me commit to the sale. Jeff and Nathan were delivery people extrodiannaire. Make sure you ask for them! They worked very hard and were super creative in how the furniture would fit through my quirky old home doorways. I would recomment this crew to be the one you ask for and work with in store. You won't be disappointed.

I had a very positive experience at Sklar Peppler on September 1st 2022. Janet Kingsley was wonderful she assisted me to choose my new Sofa and loveseat, her knowledge and design talents were invaluable, I would recommend Sklar Peppler to anyone who wants quality furniture that will last.
