I cannot say enough great things about Orange Theory Eugene. The workouts are are the best. Everyday brings a completely different set of exercises so you are never bored. The coaches are all motivating and encouraging. Each class is full of amazing people that bring positive, happy, energy that you can't help giving your best effort each and every day. 6:05am is the best class!!
Orange Theory Eugene is the BEST! I love their philosophy and approach to fitness. Their awesome tracking tools help keep me motivated and accountable. I enjoy the workouts and the variety of strength, resistance and power days. The staff and coaches are amazing and I appreciate their efforts to help each member strive to achieve their fitness goals. I am very grateful to have found this gem and to be a part of the OTF Eugene community.
I have been at orangetheory for a little more than a year now and it has exceeded my expectations. The coaches are outstanding and are incredibly helpful and supportive. I felt very welcomed from the first class that I joined. The coaches are not only knowledgeable and experienced but also genuinely passionate about helping everyone in class. You are able to get individual attention and support from the coaches just as much as they give to an entire room of people. They offer words of encouragement throughout the entire class so you are able to walk out with not only knowledge on how to do a workout correctly, but also feeling motivated and inspired to walk in the next day. This gym has changed my life and outlook on fitness. It has lit an athletic spark in me that I thought I had lost. I highly recommend this gym to anyone seeking a motivating and supportive environment where coaches go above and beyond to ensure your success in your fitness journey.
I started at OTF a year ago and was terrified because I hadn’t really worked out in over a year. Since I joined, all of the front desk staff, coaches, and other members have been so kind and supportive. It’s a great place for everyone to get a good workout in no matter how fast you can run or how strong you can lift!
This is my first gym experience and I don’t want to go to any other gym for the rest of my life. The coaches are amazing. I went in with zero confidence and now, thanks to them and the workout routines they have planned for us daily, I feel better than ever. They really work with you and make you feel so comfortable and confident. I’m so glad I went with Orange Theory! If you have to choose a place, choose them!
OTF Eugene is amazing! The coach's are friendly, supportive, and helpful - I don't know how many people attend this specific site, but all the coaches remember names and always find a way to connect whether befor, during, or after being under the orange lights. They are authentic and truly encouraging of whatever fitness journey you're on. Not only that, but the front desk reps are the same! Everyone in that space is genuine and supportive. Being an introvert, I didn't think I'd ever LOVE group fitness but OTF Eugene changed that anyone hesitant to try group fitness - it just takes 1 class and I would encourage you to at least give them a chance!
Best gym in Eugene, the Fitness Classes are so fun. Great toning, building muscle, increasing Stamina. The community is so supportive. The staff are always friendly and it’s never intimidating.
Such a great studio!! I’ve worked out at a good handful of gyms over the years including a couple other otf studios and this is by far my favorite! The trainers are so kind and knowledgeable but motivating and challenging! 10/10
Always a great workout! The coaches are knowledgeable and friendly, and the place is always clean! I love the intensity and the modifications the coaches provide!
Home away from home!! Been a member 5 years and there is nothing that compares! It helped me become the best/fittest version of myself! OtF for life!
