Terrace Gardens On Sixth

We are living here for almost 8 months now and we are very satisfied. Hannah is a wonderful person and from the beginning she helped us a lot and we are very grateful to her. We haven't had any problems at all during the 8 months. The place is clean and well-kept, there is a security guard in the evening. We don't hear the neighbours and when the window is closed there is no noise from the street. The pool, gym and games room are a great addition that we like to use. We live on the 14th floor and have a great view of the city with a small view of the mountains. Within 2 minutes you are at the C-train station, which you can take for free in Downtown. It's a great accommodation and we definitely give 5 stars. The only thing we would have liked is if dogs were allowed. Otherwise, great accommodation at a great price!

We’ve lived here for 2 years and plan on staying many more. It’s a great location, the heart of downtown with the c train around the corner. Lots of nice cafes and restaurants near by. The management here is amazing! Grant and Rebecca are very kind, understanding and a pleasure to talk to. Very affordable, the building is always clean and if anything is wrong management and maintenance is on top of it. The other tenants are great, it’s quite and people are nice. Our favourite is the three large balcony’s and the big pool. It’s a great place to live downtown, highly recommend.

Listen you won't get a better deal in downtown living than terrace gardens. Many of the staff were tenants at one point and you can tell they care about the building and tenants. Great communication around things happening in the building. Very friendly staff and the security teams they hire for the night time are really great people too. The gym is nice for a quick workout and the pool is great. However the team is why I would move here. Been living here for 1 year.

I've lived here for nearly 4 years, and it's been great. Nice building, central location, amenities, and utilities included etc. And the staff are on point. Grant really cares about both running the building efficiently and ensuring the tenants are happy. Highly recommend!

I have worked in this building and have delt with the rental side as well. The professionalism of this building is top notch. I had the pleasure of dealing with one of the managers Rebecca. She was absolutely amazing. So informative, kind, and respectful. I would highly recommend living in these amazing suites. The central location has the LRT right behind it and is minutes from so many fun activities calgary has to offer. Can't say enough great things about this building.

The property managers that work here are probably the most unprofessional and rudest people I’ve ever dealt with in my life. They act like they are managing the Ritz Carlton but no they are managing one of the most run down apartment buildings in Calgary. While building smells like cigarettes and they have to shut down the water at least 4 days every month for “repairs”. Apartments are cheap but spend a little more money somewhere else and actually enjoy where you live. Grant the property manager needs to learn how to talk to tenants properly and should worry more about the homeless that get into the building and wander the hallways.

We've been living here at TG for years now. The management is so great especially rebecca. The new pool is amazing. I love it here and love the location. No wonder there is no vacancy ‍

Tenant for 2 months now, and this is an amazing place to live. Utilities are covered which is huge, especially in this economy. The building is kept very clean and maintained daily. There is no sound issues from inside or out. The garbage chutes are clean, recycling is all indoors, and there's NO DAMN PESTS! :D The elevators are super fast and rarely crowded. The ammenties are all functional, and the laundry room is clean with a lot of room and text notifications. Amazon deliveries usually come around noon, and the mail/parcel room is in a safe and secure location. The location is very accomodating. Everything is within walking distance, and also quite literally a 15 second walk to 7th ST Station. Calgary is basically at your doorstep. Most importantly, the managment is fantastic. The office staff and maintenance team are responsive and understanding. reception/security are also very friendly, so it's nice coming home :D. Easy 5/5!

Super affordable, great deal for cost, complete amenities pool table is my favorite, awesome downtown location, good neighbors, always sees security, upgrades are happening despite the age of the building, nice staff, keeps tenants updated of any announcements. All in all, perfect for someone living the bachelor life who likes city living. Don't let the negative reviews get to you, some of reviews come from people who didn't even live in Terrace Gardens or are from X years ago. Grant is a good dude. Side note. If you get denied, don't blame the staff. They don't make the decision.

So far great place to live, Security is around the clock and very friendly. Yasir who shows the units does a great job and I've personally seen him help tenants out with various things. all around great.
