The nicest people work for the property management company. They are so kind and helpful. If you need something fixed they get it done so fast. I've lived here for over a year now and from moving in till renewal, they've been great. There are also double windows which is great for canceling the noise of downtown.

Awesome place to live - convenient and accessible. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. The maintenance are terrific as well - very prompt in fixing. I'm just incredibly happy with this apartment.

London House is one of most affordable, clean apartments in whole downtown Calgary. Comparatively it got more specious Units. The location is very convenient. I would recommend this property for Bachelors, family and also working professionals. Management team specially Rex,Diana are very approchable , responsive and helpful.

Great staff. I recently fractured my ankle, and the staff has been super helpful during this difficult time, making sure to assist me when I need help due to my recent lack of full mobility. Very grateful to have staff like them at this building, I don’t know what I would have done without their wonderful service.

The management is amazing, always ready to help and very accommodating. They provide good maintenance and adept replies to queries. Rex has been a super helpful individual, thanks LH management for that. My second year is to start with LH and I am so so excited.

1. Absolutely love how friendly and helpful the staff are namely Rex and Shanon. I am new to calgary and they not only helped me find people to move my stuff but also went above and beyond to make sure i was well settled 2. I’ve rented places before and it takes ages before something broken is repaired. london house was very quick hours to sort out my repairs and making sure i was well attended too. 3. However there are some things i wish can be improved, it’s an aging building so garbage chutes are under repair so you have to carry your own trash out 4. Overall if you’re looking for a good place in downtown with good service then honestly this is a good fit. I’m a picky person and they pass my test

London house, This place is truely my first home since i moved from US. As much as i love how the transportation is so close to this place, I love all the management team here. They are always so helpful and considerate. This is for sure one of the merit to not leaving this place. Thanks for all your thoughts and help youguys given us, Rex, Diana, and Lustom! I'm so glad to call this place a home

Hello, I live here at London house. This is the best place to live in downtown Calgary. I am also very satisfied with the service of staff especially Rex. I would recommend this place to everyone if someone is finding a good place to live.

The property management are nice but they cannot do anything for the cold weather in winter because of home owners. The isolation of the unit is not good at all. The owners should do something for it but they don't!!!

A clean, quiet unit with the best people in office. We lived there about 9 months. The people in the office were very nice to us and did lots of favors. The unit is quiet. We never bothered with neighbors noises. The unit is always warm in cold months. The cupboard are clean and completely acceptable. We are satisfied with access to public transport. To sum up, the unit deserve the rent. I give 5 stars due to comparison to other buildings considering the rent.
