Me and my wife are currently living here, and so far we have had a good experience with Capreit. They have always respond rapidly to our request, the building is well mantained and the staff is very nice, specially Curtis, who has always been willing to help us in any way he could.
This place was the worst place to live. Rodent infestation, and poor living spaces. It takes forever to contact or even speak with the house owner. Simple things as fixing door hinges, changing light bulbs takes up to 2-3 days sometimes. With the mice all they do is send someone to put poison but that's it. Mice still there? They put more poison. Not helpful at all. If you need an apartment don't go to any of the capriet houses
I'm honestly very unimpressed!!! After loving there for more than 2 years, I decided to leave due to some issues I wont even bother to list in here. I called the rental office about 4 times politely asking to get some important documents that got in the mailbox and they told me documents are now in the garbage because new tenant didn't know how to proceed with. And they cant get a hold of him. Seriously?
