The nature of my business changed and I had to shutdown my storage. I have had storage here for 9 out of the last 10 years and Anka and Benson were very good to me.

We had an emergency storage situation (sounds crazy, but it happens). The staff was quick to upgrade my online reservation when needed. They were polite and helpful, ensuring quick service. A clean and secure yard with very clean storage units. Our unit needed to be extremely dry and heated and it is exactly what we received. Would use them again if needed in the future.

My brother decided to make a change. Didn't want to rely on friends or family where to store his belongings. He called numerous facilities and storage mart was the winner. He was shocked at first because the customer relations line associate was American. He was mostly impressed that they recommended the Kennedy Road location. All our family is in Scarborough. More importantly he mention the site manager Anka. My brother is so impressed with the customer service and the warmth of the service which is amazing. The place is clean and great service. He is big on customer service. A proven art either you have or you don't. Cannot be taught arguably of course. He believes that the faculties manager Anka and her associate demonstrates that in all encounters. He is thrill with the service he travel all over Ontario in his daily activities. So having the storage is viable and the service quality is a bonus added value. Thank you Storage mart Kennedy and Steelers for your outstanding customer service and your proactive response to any request thank you making this a joyful experience. Thank you Anka and staff for making this possible. I will continue to be doing with your location for a long time.

Hi my name is Eddie I have been renting @ STORAGE MART since November 2010 t0 March 31 2017. The place is fairly new & very safe always clean & neat , The Staff are very friendly and polite too ! I never had any problem or any incident; always paid my rent on time, Even when my credit card is maxed out the staff calls me & we sort it out with another Credit card !! I highly recommend this place and no worries at all !!! all the best to all of you !!! Eddie
