The manager Jennifer is professional and courteous however the other employee (male) could use an attitude change. He hovers just above the line of rude. He doesn't seem to enjoy being at work at all. Never smiles, never makes small talk or any of the other small things a good customer service rep should do. In regards to the lot...the pavement is in need of repairs, especially the large puddles that are right in front of some of the access doors!! Nothing worse then having to walk thru water every time you have to unload/load things from your vehicle!! For the amount of money you are paying each month they can easily afford to keep the property in good repair. Also access to a garbage bin in a storage facility goes without saying.... ITS ESSENTIAL!!! If the coin car wash down the street can work a bin into their budget, certainly a large, at-capacity storage facility can!! A washroom that is accessible after hours would be really nice too!!

The manager of the storage facility, Pierre, is so lovely and so helpful. Compared to other storage facilities this on takes the cake! Kind, supportive staff, always there when you need them.

We've had the pleasure of using this storage facility it gave us peace of mind with our possessions the people working there are both friendly and very professional. The office and storage area's are very clean and well kept. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Jennifer was very pleasant to deal with over the phone and in person. She made switching lockers effortless and stress free. Would highly recommend this Centron location.
