Don't even bother. The power goes out in the winter on the weekends like clockwork. Conveniently at the same time the office is closed.. The bathrooms are dirty and your lucky if there are any toiletries. The place is depressing

I have been a client of this location for quite a few years, and have known Byron since I moved in. The workshop format is unique, allowing for power and heat.
Security has been good, with no issues ever noticed. The community there (many long term tenants) tends to look out for each other.
Byron manages the facility well. He is responsive to questions and concerns, and sets expectations properly. He's also just a nice guy to deal with.
There have been minor issues over the years, but nothing major and nothing that Byron was not able to address in a reasonable manner.
While I expect to leave soon for my own building (only because I was able to build one), I have a feeling I may be back next time I need more workshop space.

GATE CODE READY FOR A SMOOTH MOVE IN , EXPLAINED IN DETAIL ALL WORKSHOP AMENITIES. CHECKED POWER WORKING AND ALL OUTLETS,
WE WERE ABLE TO GET STARTED RIGHT AWAY FOR OUR BUSINESS RIGHT WAY WOW.
VERY NICE AND GOOD SHOP WE HAVE AND WE ARE STAYING LONG LONG TIME.
THE BEST SHOP EVER HAD.
