Public Storage

This Public Storage location provided one of the best customer services that I have ever received. Manager Josephine truly went above and beyond to accommodate her customer requests and helped me resolving a difficult situation. I was out of the country and my insurance company required me to take pictures of my car - which is parked at this facility - in order for them to make changes to my policy. Upon calling the office, manager Josephine immediately recognised me over the phone and without hesitation she went and took all the required photos at different angles no less and sent them to me via email. This is what I call excellent customer service. Thank you Josephine! If you are looking for a storage company in Scarborough area, look no further just come here!

Friendly services, great discount to start with, very clean and convenient location. UPDATES - I gave this company a 5-star rating 9 months ago, but since then I've got two rent increase notices already. My mom passed away 6 months ago, and lots of the items in the unit are her belongings. It's now -25 in Toronto, the storage site has no heat at all, what do they expect their customers to do?

No other video game has unleashed my creativity like Minecraft. I've spent countless hours chipping away at blocks, gathering the necessary materials to complete the next masterpiece that would otherwise only occupy my mind's eye. I've also spent just as many hours exploring, spelunking and slashing my way through monsters with bravado. My character – my entire Minecraft world – constantly evolves into whatever I want it to be. I tell my own stories, I write my own destiny and I bring my fantasies to life one brick at a time. Did I mention that I have eyebrows on my feet?

We came looking for a unit to store our belongings while we are transitioning homes. We found Public storage online. From the moment we clicked on the webpage until we had everything moved into the unit, Public storage has been a pleasure to deal with. Josephine was our main contact at this location. She was very thorough and helpful. She answered all our questions and personally took us to see each unit available. She was polite, patient and everything else you can ask for when it comes to customer service. All in all I'm very happy with my experience at public storage. They will be my go to for storage needs in the future.

I had a great experience with Public Storage, the manager Joshepine in the Finch and Midland location is so nice and helpful. She was trying her best to servier me and give me good advise.
