It's our first time renting a storage unit. Staff there, Winter, was very helpful by showing us around and providing us information that we need to know. My parents are older and Winter was very helpful by finding a unit that's easy for them to get to. The place is bright and clean.
I rented the 5x8 locker in the beginning. After 2 weeks, I found it was small so requested to switch another 7x10 locker, more spacious, on the ground floor, closer to the side gate and price is reasonable. Staff was very helpful making the transaction quick and smooth. Good location, good price, good service.
Facility : All indoor units, temperature maintained around 12C in the winter and a reasonable temperature I forget the exact in the summer so your items won't suffer from extreme temperatures. Clean facility with dollies near the loading dock that you can borrow. Personelle : Jack is a nice guy that tries to help you as much as he can within his abilities. He seems invested in this facility, not just some random employee who doesn't care.
Have a very good experience here today. The staff is very friendly, patient and professional. The storage space is very clean. With the help of the staff, I found a storage space that is very suitable for myself. I forgot to ask the name of the staff, but thank you very much.
