I have had great experience with this location. The staff is really friendly and greet you on a first name basis. I only needed the unit temporarily but I find myself using it almost daily. I work on the road in sales and store my samples and files here for easy access (rather than going back to the office- I just grab my items from here). -the units are indoors and heated! -easy access for trucks -clean, spacious hallways -right off the 401

Tiddy helped me find a storage unit perfect for my needs. Super clean facilities and very helpful, polite staff. Thankfully have all your storage and moving needs all in one place with fairly competitive pricing amongst other storage facilities. Would recommend to anyone looking for an easy accessible storage unit and right off the highway exit.

I just got a storage unit from this location on January 13, the service received when I was setting up with them good. Location is clean and secure. I trust that my personal belongings will be well protected at this place and I can come anytime I want. (just need setup a special request if i needed to go there after 10pm)

wanted to say thank you for all the great service this location has provided me. I work as a courier and have been making deliveries to few units for more than 5 years. the front desk members are very friendly and a pleasure to work with. it is clean and a presentable environment. I decided to take opportunity and rent a smaller unit for my personal belongings

Last year the rate went up 8%. This year it goes up 11%. I've moved to Smart Storage, the same unit is$130 less a month. Public storage is a rip-off and far from competitive. Also the term Brand Recognition is something you say to your staff to explain why your so expensive, not your customers. Shop around, I guarantee you will find a much better price than here.
